With a population of 10 million, 25% are known to be HIV positive and 1 million children are orphans, giving Zambia the highest per capita orphan rate in the world. The Father's Heart Child Sponsorship Program exists to bring hope to the orphans and vulnerable children of Zambia. The Father's Heart program seeks to remind the children that although the world has forgotten them, God has not. Through hunger relief, health initiatives, education, and discipleship the Father's Heart strives to bring lasting change to Zambia one child at a time.
